Our Company
Technology infrastructure for New Hampshire organizations — built by people who treat your building like their own.
Arcomm Communications is a family-owned technology infrastructure company based in New Hampshire. Since 1985, we have installed structured cabling, security systems, phone systems, fiber optics, and managed IT for organizations that cannot afford to get technology wrong. We are not a call center. We are not a nationwide installation mill. We are a team of people who answer the phone, show up on time, and fix what is broken — and we have been doing it the same way for four decades.
Who We Are
Built on consistency, not turnover.
Most technology companies treat technicians like interchangeable parts — assign whoever is available, move them to the next job, and repeat. The result is a customer who explains their building to a new face every time something goes wrong.
We do not work that way. Many of our technicians have been with Arcomm for over 20 years. They know your panel locations. They know your patch panel IDs. They know which door sticks when it rains and which camera gets glare at 4 PM in November.
When you call, you do not get a menu. You do not get forwarded to a dispatcher in another state. You get a person who answers the phone, takes your information, and dispatches someone who probably already knows your site.
Our combined field team carries decades of real installation experience. Our management team includes people who have been running projects, managing customer relationships, and standing behind warranties since before many of our competitors existed.
How We Work
Six principles we do not compromise on.
We answer the phone
Every call is answered by a person who works here. No automated attendant, no navigating press-1-press-2 menus. If you have a problem at 2 AM on a Saturday, a human being picks up — because we know your system does not care what time it is.
Your techs know your building
Our technicians learn your site by heart — the panel locations, the patch IDs, the quirks of your network closet. Most of our customers know our techs by first name, and our techs know your staff by name too. That is not accidental. It is the result of assigning the same people to the same accounts consistently over years.
We plan with your budget
Technology upgrades are never free, but they do not have to be devastating. We build multi-year technology roadmaps that phase projects based on your budget cycles, not ours. We have walked away from jobs we did not think made financial sense for the customer — and we will do it again.
Systems that actually work
The job is not done when the invoice is paid. The job is done when your cameras record every access event, your phones ring without static, and your access control badges open the door they are supposed to. We return until it is right, and we document everything so the next person — even if it is not us — can understand what was installed.
Proactive, not reactive
We do not wait for your system to fail. We schedule routine check-ins, review camera footage retention, verify access control badges against active employee lists, and flag problems before they become emergencies. If your backup battery is approaching end-of-life, we tell you — we do not wait for the power outage.
Family, not vendor
We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. That means showing up on time with clean work, explaining what we are doing in plain English, and charging fairly for honest labor. Many of our customers have been with us for decades. Some of our earliest accounts from the 1980s are still under our care today.
Industries We Serve
Not every building is the same. Neither is our approach.
A hospital has different security requirements than a warehouse. A school district has different network demands than a municipal building. We have installed, maintained, and supported technology across every major commercial vertical in New Hampshire.
We understand HIPAA compliance for healthcare facilities. We understand lockdown protocols for schools. We understand 24/7 uptime requirements for industrial plants. We understand the procurement constraints of municipal government.
That experience means we do not sell you equipment that violates your building code. It means we know which manufacturers have local parts availability. And it means we can recommend solutions that balance performance with realistic budgets.
